We created Ad Forums primarily for local clubs/members to have the convenience of selling, buying, swapping, or giving away aeromodelling items in online transactions, or to arrange for a meet-up with sellers/buyers at convenient locations/events to inspect items before purchasing. Local meet-up transactions help to avoid dealing with packaging, shipping costs, and returns when the condition of an item is not as described in the national classified ad.

Anyone can view the items posted in the district ad forums and they can private message (PM) AMA members who provide contact information in their ads to arrange a transaction. Otherwise, you must be an AMA member who has joined this website, to post an item or write a reply/question on a posted Item.

NOTE: The District-1 Administrators are not responsible for any items Bought/Sold/Free in as-is condition, and such transactions are at the seller's and buyer's own risk.

POSTING ADS: You must be an AMA member who has also joined this AMA District-1 website.

1. To post an item click on "Create topic" which takes you to a page to create your Ad. Type in the "Subject box" the item's name and a few words to describe it with an asking price.

2. Use the simple content editor to create and format your Ad’s text and type your item's description, condition, price, contact info, cash/CC, and click "upload" of 3 to 6 JPG images and any item manual files, and then click "Confirm" to view your completed Ad.

3. You may edit/cancel the ad or click "Back to topics" under the AMA logo at the top of the page to see it posted in the forum.

REPLY TO ADS: Anyone can read ads and reply to ads that have personal contact information.

1. If you are an AMA member who has joined this District-1 website group, you can click on “Reply” for a posted item to respond to the buyer or seller.

2. If you are not an AMA member and have not joined this Districr-1 website group, you may only be able to reply to buyers or sellers who have included in their item ads their email address or cellphone number.
